While the primary AP® Exam administration is closed, some students who had technical difficulty during their initial AP Exam still have the chance to pursue college credit and placement by sitting for makeup AP Exams between June 1–5. Students will receive an email from the CollegeBoard on May 28 confirming their registration status and a new e-ticket two days before each makeup exam they are eligible for. See the full schedule.

In an effort to provide relief to students from the challenges created by COVID-19, Edison State Community College is offering a new grading option for students who may be concerned about their grades in the Spring 2020 semester.

The Junior-Senior Prom has been rescheduled for Wednesday, June 24 and will be held at the Buckeye Barn in Piqua. Crowning at 6:30 p.m. with dinner and dancing to follow. More details to come.

We will be celebrating our seniors on National Decision Day. We want to know where our seniors are headed after graduation. Is it college, the career field, trade school or into the military? All Lehman Catholic seniors have been asked to submit their plans and a photo via the Class of 2020 Google Classroom by Friday, April 24, to be included in our virtual celebration. Being quarantined probably wasn’t on your bucket list. For most of us, it’s a whole new world. The new norm of social-distancing, working & learning from home, and staying inside is forcing all of us to slow down. Think about it. It’s not ALL bad. This is the perfect time to rest, reset and do a few things that you typically don’t have the time to do. Here are a few activities for you and your family to do over the next few weeks while you’re stuck inside.
Students will complete their AP journey by taking their AP Exams online on any device they have access to—computer, tablet, or smartphone. They will also have the option to write their responses by hand and submit a photo. Every student must have access to a device to take the exams. If your student does not have access to a device, please contact School Counselor Kim Koverman at firstname.lastname@example.org by April 23 to secure a device to take the test.

At the recommendation of Chancellor Randy Gardner and Superintendent of Public Instruction Paolo DeMaria, previously existing statutes, rules, and guidance relating to the College Credit Plus (CCP) program have been updated in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. The updates attempt to provide as much flexibility as possible for students while continuing to implement the CCP program.
