Director of Enrollment
Lehman Catholic High School is in search of a full-time Director of Enrollment. The Director of Enrollment reports directly to the President and is part of the Leadership Team of the school.  This position works collaboratively with the Principal and Director of Communications to retain current students and successfully recruit new students to Lehman.   Key responsibilities and expectations include, but are not  limited to, the following:

  • Creates and implements a plan for the retention of currently enrolled students through collaboration and communication with faculty, staff, parents, and students.
  • Oversees the admissions process from initial interest to application submission and enrollment. 
  • Plans and executes outreach activities to attract prospective students and their families, including, but not limited to recruitment events during the school year, summer camps, open houses, parent info nights, Cavalier for a Day experiences, personal tours, visits to partner schools, jr. high and elementary school events on campus. 
  • Represents Lehman Catholic High School at relevant events, open houses, and information sessions, local and parish events, and community outreach events. 
  • Plans and reviews an annual admissions and enrollment calendar in collaboration with school leadership and the Lehman Partner Schools. 
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with partner schools, principals and faculty members, and other constituents, such as community organizations, and parishes.
  • Ensures that any admissions application is reviewed by the appropriate colleagues within 48 hours. 
  • Collaborates with the Business Office to ensure families are walked through the financial aid process and are made aware of scholarship opportunities once accepted by Lehman. 
  • Review applications and ensure files are complete to ensure that admissions decisions can be made efficiently and effectively. 
  • Generates regular reports on admissions metrics and trends for school leadership. 
  • Oversees and coordinates all activities related to "Little Cavs," "Junior Cavs," and any other outreach efforts to younger students, including and beyond athletics. 
  • Must support the mission of the school by aiding in the creation and sustainability of an atmosphere steeped in Catholic teachings and values. 

Candidates must have a proven track record of demonstrating excellent collaboration and communication with peers and stakeholder groups in previous employment settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter, creative, and eager to represent Lehman to the greater community. Candidates must be a practicing Catholic and be willing to become a member of a parish within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati if not already a member. Applicants must be able to successfully pass BCI/FBI background reports and the Archdiocese of Cincinnati requirements for working with youth. A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive one's vehicle to meetings and events is required.

Compensation range:  $50,000-55,000 per year.
