Lehman’s Engineering Innovations Class Traveled to Dayton

Lehman’s Engineering Innovations Class took a trip to Dayton to meet with their cohorts at the University of Dayton. The day included guided tours of the Emerson Helix Center by Director Jason Born and UD Engineering Labs with Student Ambassador, Jackie Bush. The students met Makerspace Lab Manager Kevin Pierson, Temesguen Messay at the Robotics Lab, and Interim Dean of School of Engineering Dr. Margie Pinnell. Collaborations were discussed with our EGR-103 course and the Spring semester classes at UD Campus. The trip concluded at the Dayton Arcade and a guided tour with Willie Morris, the engagement coordinator for the Institute of Applied Creativity. The tour included one city block and the renovated business incubator spaces and GEM workspaces.
