The National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica in Royal Oak, Michigan is welcoming their patroness to the basilica Oct. 1-8, 2025. The Shrine is honored to host the relics of St. Thérèse of Lisieux in the 100th year of her canonization as a saint and their 100th year as a parish. Registration to attend Mass or venerate the relics is now open! This is the first time her relics have visited in 25 years and is just under a three hour drive from Sidney. This is a wonderful chance, especially for our 8th graders preparing for Confirmation. Please consider making a family trip up this weekend for this once in a lifetime opportunity!
Miss Edwards took our 4th graders to the annual Pioneer Days yesterday! They had great weather and an even better time.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated in our Candy Sale fundraiser by buying or selling and to Stephanie Sollmann for organizing it! All families who sold at least one box of candy will be eligible for the out of uniform day (email going out with more info later this week). In the meantime, we want to recognize our top three selling families who all won Amazon gift cards: 1st place is the Wolters family, 2nd place is the Sollmann family, and 3rd place is the Bailey family. The top selling class, winners of a catered lunch, was Mr. Bensman’s 8th grade class. And finally the family who won the raffle for a Lehman Winter Season Family Sports Pass was the LaForme family. Congratulations to all and thanks again for your support!
Congratulations to our first Angels Among Us for the year! These students were recognized in September by teachers, parents, or peers for doing good deeds in our school and in our community. Keep up the great work!

Holy Angels School will be running on a normal schedule for tomorrow.
We received the following message from the Sidney Transportation Department this evening.
Due to multiple drivers being out sick we will have to bus Holy Angels AM students on a 2 hour-delay pickup for tomorrow September 29, 2025. In addition, we will not have transportation home in the afternoon for Holy Angels students. Transportation is sincerely sorry for this inconvenience!
If you do not have alternate transportation for your students they will not be considered late.
