Congratulations to the Cavaliers selected by TRC coaches for First and Second Team honors. While goals and assists are factors, these selections highlight the players’ overall talent and the major impact they’ve had on their teams’ success. Coaches recognized them for their ability to influence the game, while every player’s effort and dedication this season were vital to the team’s achievements. Well done, ladies!

Teen Leadership Corps is sponsoring Halloween Dress Up Day for students, faculty, and staff on Tuesday, October 28. It's free to participate, and the best part, prizes will be awarded! Keep your costume modest and school-appropriate. Be creative and have fun! 🎃

🏆 Lehman Catholic Youth Wrestling 🏆

Wrestling season is right around the corner — and we’re excited to get back on the mats! Open mats will be held from 5–6 PM on October 23, 28, 30, and November 6, 11, and 13, with the first official practice of the season starting Monday, November 17.

Lehman Youth Wrestling started in 2024, and while we love to have fun, we also believe in accountability, hard work, and building a strong foundation. Our focus isn’t on wins and losses — it’s about learning the fundamentals, developing character, and helping kids grow both on and off the mat.

💪 Why Wrestling?
Wrestling is one of the best sports out there for both the body and the mind. Kids gain:
- Strength, endurance, coordination, and balance
- Discipline, confidence, and resilience
- Sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Focus and goal-setting habits that carry over into school and life

👧👦 Who Can Join?
Lehman Youth Wrestling is open to all boys and girls K–6, regardless of school or religion. We’ll even take kids younger than kindergarten — all we ask is that they’re potty trained!

🟡 Open Mats Before the Season
Before the season officially starts, we’ll host open mats so kids can come try wrestling with no commitment. Parents are welcome to stay and watch. Kids can wear socks on the mat — no need to buy shoes until they know they like it! When it’s time to get shoes, you can pick any color or brand (Amazon usually has great options).

Wrestling builds strong, confident, and determined kids — and we’d love to have yours join the Lehman Catholic family on the mats!
