Charlotte Spaide won 6-3, 6-1 at first singles. Brooklyn Fortkamp lost 7-6, 6-4 at 2nd singles. Ashriel Alvarez won 6-1, 6-0 at 3rd singles. Kyla McGinnis and Dublin Cooper lost 6-2, 6-0 at first doubles. Kali Pleasant and Maleah Roullhac won 6-2, 6-3 at 2nd doubles.
Charlotte won her 15th match in a row at first singles, and Ashriel won her 18th match at 3rd singles.

Coach King and the ⛳️ Lady Cavs⛳️ concluded their season yesterday at the sectional tournament with a 15th-place finish out of 18 teams. The stats: Taylor Platfoot led all scores with a 126, Erin Sullins 127, Erin Higgins 129, CeCe Edwards 131, and Emily Stone 132.

Join us tomorrow, September 23, at the courts! Girls Tennis Senior Night at 4 p.m., followed by the Tennis Court Dedication Ceremony at 4:30 p.m. and a home tennis match against Bellefontaine at 5:30 p.m.

LCHS Family- This morning, Mr. Knight and I were contacted by the Sidney Police Department about a serious potential threat to our local school communities. In collaboration with them and school administrators, we made the decision to close school for the safety and security of our students and staff. Police have identified the source of the threat and there is a suspect in custody.

Hey, Cavaliers! It's Homecoming Spirit Week! Check out the daily themes!

On Saturday, Lehman Cross Country ran in the Ohio Caverns Invitational, where all teams competed in an open race. Our Cavaliers ran up, down, and around one of the most challenging courses in the state, showing off their hard work and spirit!

The stats: High school girls placed an impressive 8th of 25 teams overall, and second among Division 4 schools. High school boys came in 12th of 26 teams overall, and 4th among Division 4 teams. JV boys squad placed 6th out of 12 junior varsity squads to showcase just how deep the HS gentlemen's team is this year!

A special shout-out to our girls and boys junior high teams, who placed 3rd and 4th, respectively, against 20 teams. The future looks bright for our Cavalier runners. Way to go, CAVS!

Lehman Cross Country will run in a special Pre-Homecoming race this Thursday, September 25, starting at 5 p.m. at Milton Union.
