Alex Goubeaux was awarded a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) scholarship from the Workforce Partnership of Shelby County at last night's signing event at the Sidney Historic Theatre. The event's guest speaker was Lydia Mihalik, Director of the Ohio Department of Development, and included a supportive video from Senator Jon Husted.
