Last Friday, Lehman Catholic students, Lillian Leininger, Lillian Tobe, and Kali Pleasant, attended the Edison State Community College annual STEMM Expo. The expo was a broad-based introduction to STEMM and its relationship to different vocations and careers. Our Cavaliers spent the day exploring and applying STEMM-related technology to work on real-world solutions. Great job, ladies!

Lehman Catholic Senior Henry Petersen, son of Joe and Julie Petersen, signed his letter of intent to play Men's Golf for the University of Northwestern Ohio, starting in the fall of 2026. Henry earned the Three Rivers Conference (TRC) first-team award all four years. He was the TRC runner-up in 2023 & 2024, and TRC Player of the Year in 2025. He was also a three-time OHSAA District tournament qualifier, had nine high school career top-5 tournament finishes, and tied the Lehman Catholic 9-hole record with a 32 this past season. Congratulations, Henry!

We're hosting a Drive 4 UR Community event on Saturday, Nov. 22, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This is your chance to take a spin in a new Ford! Ford will donate $30 for every test drive. Only ONE driver per household. MUST BE 18 to participate. Proceeds benefit student activities at Lehman!

Ohio State vs Michigan Football Square Fundraiser! Only $20 per square! Support student activities at Lehman!

For each ticket sold, the player's name will be randomly placed on one board. On Game Day, November 29, randomly drawn numbers 0-9 will be assigned to each team’s grid. At the end of each quarter, these numbers will correspond to the last digit of each team’s score. If your square is at the intersection of the numbers, you win the quarter! Each board will have a winner for each quarter, and a final score winner. The winnings: each quarter = $100, and the final game score = $500. We will share the boards on Facebook so players can see their numbers.

🎉 Let’s Spread Kindness! 💙💛

Tomorrow, Thursday, November 13th, is World Kindness Day!

We’ll celebrate with a Jeans/Sweats Day — bring $1 to homeroom. All money raised will go to the Luken Boyle Kindness Campaign.

Don’t forget to stop by the Kindness Corner in The Pointe — it’s a great place to lift your spirits, write letters to nursing homes, or spread a little extra kindness.

Last week, Teen Leadership Corps kicked off their weekly community service activities at Agape Food Pantry in Sidney. Every Thursday, during their regular class period, TLC students volunteer within the Piqua and Sidney communities, teaching the importance and variety of service leadership opportunities. 💛💙

Thank you to the Lehman Catholic students, faculty, staff, and community for giving the gift of life at last week's blood drive. The stats from Monday's drive: 41 registered donors, 10 first-time donors, and 38 units of blood collected! A special thank you to the LCHS Student Council officers (pictured) and their advisor, Mrs. Safreed, for organizing this year's blood drives!
