Faith Life

A School That Puts Faith First

We Are Disciples

Matt 5:14-16
You are the light of the world. A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket; it is set on a lampstand, where it gives light to all in the house. Just so, your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father.

Lehman Catholic puts faith first in the classroom, on the field, and throughout the community. We aim to shine the light of Christ in all that we do.

Our Goal Is For Every Student To Encounter Christ

Daily Prayer

Lehman starts each day with an all-school prayer and each class also continues with prayer.

Weekly Mass

Lehman has mass at least once a week. Mass schedules are typically on Fridays but are moved throughout the year to recognize major feast days.

Eucharistic Adoration

Students can pray in front of the Blessed Sacrament every day in our chapel. Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction is held once a week during the school day where students have the opportunity to spend time with Christ.

Confession

The priest at Lehman offers the sacrament of confession once a week at Lehman. Special confessional times are also scheduled during Lent and Advent.

Kairos Retreat

The senior class participates in an annual three-day Kairos retreat.
