  • Freshman Progress Book Access | Mrs. Koverman will be in the freshman English classrooms Friday, Sept. 18 to give the freshmen their progress book access instructions via google. She will also speak to the students about their high school transcript, the importance of doing their best, and setting the bar high.

  • Sophomore Class IOWA Test: All sophomores will take the IOWA test. Lehman students test in one subject area per day during their English and Theology classes.  The test covers reading, writing, vocabulary, math, science, and social studies. The scores on the IOWA are converted to the end of course exams the Ohio Department of Education requires for graduation. Students must score a minimum of 18 total points with a minimum score of four points in English (reading, writing, and vocab combined), four points in math, and six points across science and social studies.

  • Juniors to take the PSAT October 29 | The PSAT/NMSQT measures readiness for college, access scholarships, and practice for the SAT. The PSAT is a great way to have college admission test practice under your belt. Mrs. Koverman will complete the pre-admissions sessions week of October 12th in the junior English classrooms.

  • Senior Graduation Guidance | Mrs. Koverman will be in the senior English classrooms every Thursday in the month of September to talk about topics such as the CommonApp, college terminology, test scores - to send or not to send, Edison transcripts, and military and career interest.
